Brick façade built by König Group
Konig Group Belgium · Asse, Flemish Brabant

We don't sell panels. We engineer better ways to build.

European engineering, precision manufacturing and modern construction technologies. For private clients, developers, architects and general contractors.

Selected by a general contractor for a façade package

Artes, a general contractor, awarded us a 12,000 m² façade package in Antwerp. A package of that size is only awarded after your references and your capacity have been checked.

What we commit to

Six commitments, held end to end.

None of them is decoration: each one shows up on a site, in a programme or on an energy bill.

01

European engineering

Building systems already proven elsewhere in Europe, documented and tested, which we are bringing to Belgium.

02

Precision manufacturing

Components are produced in a factory, under controlled conditions. Tolerances no longer depend on the weather.

03

Modern technologies

SIP, hybrid, prefabricated, modular, steel, reinforced concrete, CLT, engineered timber. The right material in the right place.

04

Speed

An envelope erected in days rather than months. The site opens and closes quickly.

05

Performance

Continuous insulation, fewer thermal bridges, airtightness measured rather than claimed.

06

Predictability

A programme that holds because it is manufactured, not improvised. For a developer, that is what changes most.

Five stages, one chain.

From sketch to installation, the five links are coordinated by the same team. That is where the time is won.

  1. 01

    Architecture

The project starts from the drawing, not the product. Your plans, or your architect's.

  2. 02

    Engineering

Structure, envelope, performance. Every connection is calculated before anything is made.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing

Factory production under controlled conditions, with dimensional checks.

  4. 04

    Logistics

Sequenced delivery to site, in installation order.

  5. 05

    Installation

Fitted by crews trained on the system. The envelope closes in days.

The company

A small outfit, and that is deliberate.

Konig Group Belgium carries out façade masonry and structural work in SIP panels, and builds turnkey houses and solar installations.

We are not a firm with a sales department, an estimating department and a site department. The owner takes the measurements, prices the quote, runs the site and hands you the keys. Getting an appointment takes longer. Getting an answer takes less.

For execution we work with crews and trades selected site by site. You know who is working on your project and when. Site management is handled by Muhaz Teuvajukov.

We would rather quote a deadline we can hold than one that sounds good. If an item cannot be priced as things stand, it is written that way in the quote, not buried in a lump sum.

What is on site right now.

We would rather show you what is under way than a catalogue of past references. Both sites below can be visited by appointment.

A general contractor like Artes does not award a façade package of that size to a firm it has not vetted. It is our strongest reference to date.

Four stages, with stated durations.

The durations below are the ones we actually see, for a turnkey project. A masonry-only package runs to a shorter schedule.

  1. I

    The first meeting

On the plot where possible, otherwise in Asse. We tell you straight away whether it is feasible and whether it falls within our area.

    1 hour · no charge
  2. II

    The pre-study

Measurements, construction choices, a detailed quote item by item. A document you can compare line by line.

    2 to 3 weeks
  3. III

    Permits and paperwork

Planning permission, preliminary studies, supporting documents. The timing depends on the municipality and is only partly ours to control.

    3 to 6 months
  4. IV

    Construction

Kick-off meeting, written programme, then execution. The same person you met at the first appointment.

Our house models, still being assembled.

We are currently putting together our range of turnkey houses. The three examples below show the kind of houses we build and the information each model sheet will carry. They are not products available to order as they stand.

Our area, under an hour from Asse.

Our base is in Asse. Most of our sites stay within an hour's drive, which is how the owner manages to visit them regularly.

First articles in preparation.

We are writing short pieces on costs, techniques and grants. The first three topics are already set; publication to follow.

  1. 01

What does façade masonry cost per m² in 2026?

Brick, labour, scaffolding, and what makes one contractor's quote differ from the next.

    Dutch, then French
  2. 02

SIP panels or traditional construction: which to choose?

Lead time, insulation, cost and the limits of each. Including the cases where SIP is the wrong answer.

    Dutch, then French
  3. 03

Insulation and solar panel grants in Flanders

The regional grants still running this year, with the conditions attached and the documents to supply.

What people ask us on the phone.

If your question is not here, call: the owner answers the phone.

What does a house cost with you?
We do not publish a price per square metre. A headline price never accounts for the plot, the foundations, the level of finish or the municipality's requirements, and it always ends up revised upwards. We price after taking measurements, item by item. You get the quote 2 to 3 weeks after the first meeting, free of charge. Indicative ranges by project type: to be confirmed by König.
How long does it take to build?
Allow 3 to 6 months of paperwork, then 9 to 12 months on site. The paperwork depends on the municipality: we do not fully control it and we will not pretend otherwise. Construction runs to a written programme handed over at the kick-off meeting.
Where do you work?
Flemish Brabant, Brussels, Walloon Brabant, East Flanders and Antwerp. Our base in Asse puts most of that area within an hour. We stay inside it so the owner can get to site regularly.
What guarantees do I have?
The ten-year liability covers the structural work for ten years from handover. The contract sets out which items are covered, the deadlines and the handover procedure. Our company number is BE 0750.717.840, verifiable at the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Insurance details: to be confirmed by König.
Can I keep my own architect?
Yes. You can come to us with an architect already appointed and drawings well advanced: we build to those drawings. You can also give us a single package — the façade or the structural work — and keep control of the rest.
Can I visit one of your sites?
We have two sites under way: 12,000 m² of façade masonry in Antwerp for Artes, and 12 apartments in Rillaar. A visit is possible by appointment, subject to the site's safety rules. It tells you more than a retouched photograph.
Do I need to own a plot already?
No, but it changes the conversation. Without a plot we cannot price the foundations, the connections or the access, and the quote stays theoretical. If you are viewing one, send us the address before you sign.
Who will I be dealing with?
Attila Laszlo Kiràly, the owner, who takes the measurements, prepares the quote and stays with you through to handover. Site management is handled by Muhaz Teuvajukov. You will not get a salesperson at the first meeting and someone else once there is a problem.
