Konig Group Belgium is deliberately small. It is a constraint we accept and, on site, it is often an advantage.
One line of decision
The brand began in 2016 on a single trade, masonry. The company was incorporated on 15 July 2020 and its owner, Attila Laszlo Kiràly, personally follows every project. No salesperson who closes the deal and disappears, no project manager who changes halfway through. The person who takes the measurements is the one who signs the quote, the one who settles a technical question mid-build and the one who hands you the keys.
The technologies we are introducing are not a second business beside the first. They are the logical next step of what we have been doing since 2016: masonry taught us what a building demands in tolerances, pace and control. Industrialised systems meet those same demands another way, and faster.
We say what we can do
We take on few projects at a time. That is deliberate: we would rather turn a job down than run it in fits and starts. If your schedule does not match our availability, we tell you at the first meeting. If a request falls outside our trades, we tell you that too.
Pricing before pitching
We do not work from a rough price per square metre. Every offer starts from a survey: detailed items, quantities, named materials. You see what you are paying for, line by line. Whatever the offer does not include is stated explicitly.
Two trades that feed each other
We work as a façade subcontractor for general contractors and directly for private clients. The two reinforce each other: the tolerance and pace demanded on a large site carry over into a private house.

A reply within 24 hours
Every enquiry by phone, email or through the form gets an answer within 24 hours. A real answer: a meeting date, a scoping question, or a reasoned no. If we are not the right people for the job, we tell you within that same window.

One contact, from survey to handover
From the first measurements to final handover, you deal with the same person. You have their direct number. You never explain your project twice. On site, construction is managed by Muhaz Teuvajukov, working directly with the owner: two names in total, not a chain of contacts.

Ten-year liability on the structural work
Structural works are covered by the ten-year liability set out in the Belgian Civil Code: ten years from handover, for defects affecting the soundness or stability of the building. Insurance certificates are provided with the contract. Policy details: to be confirmed by König.

A price that comes from the survey
The offer is priced item by item, from measured quantities and named materials. It does not move unless you change the brief yourself: in that case a priced variation is signed before the work is carried out. No additional work is done without your written agreement. Payment schedule: to be confirmed by König.

A written programme, and follow-up on it
The programme is attached to the contract, with start and finish dates and the main milestones. We flag any slippage as soon as we know about it, with its cause and its consequence. Late-completion penalty clause, if any: to be confirmed by König.

Structural work in SIP panelsAn envelope erected quickly, with a continuity of insulation that is hard to achieve any other way. It is not always the right answer, and we say so.
